Warehouse Operations Deputy Manager

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Manage warehouse and collateral management operations as per operational SOP
* Manage a diverse team of staff and service providers at sites
* End-to-end service provider and vendor management including sourcing, on/off boarding, monitoring of KPIs
* Coordinate with Customer Service team on daily operations
* Optimize warehouse space and keep operating expenses within' budget
* Manpower management including resource allocation, training of staff and operators
* Direct/lead operations at sites and propose effective solutions to solve operational issues
* Ensure correctness of warehouse and operations reports
* Ensure SOP are updated as per service delivery and in compliance to internal and external audit requirements
* Lead in cultivating and rolling safety guidelines/new initiatives to ensure safe operations at warehouses and sites with zero accident

Specific requirements for the position:
* Minimum a university degree preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain management
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience would be an advantage
* Experience in managing warehouses or sites
* Ability to manage staff and service providers
* Demonstrated expertise in warehousing and logistics operations
* Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environment
* Meticulous, responsible and positive work attitude
* Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion
* Able to perform effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment
