Property Manager Jobs

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Batam for a Property Manager who will be responsible for managing property Revenue, operations, building relationships with property owners, overseeing property business and PNL. The Property Manager will be responsible for leading a team of property staff members to achieve business objectives and goals.

Qualifications

• Good analytical skills and initiative. Adaptable to dynamic environment. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• At least 2 years of experience in managing accounts in E-commerce/OTA/Hospitality or a related field
• Bachelor Degree in any majors. Marketing/Communication/Hospitality majors are preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google docs
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written
• Ability to pay attention to details and macro-level outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work as a team as well as individual.
