ROLE : SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER

PLACEMENT : SIDOARJO, JAWA TIMUR

Job Responsibillities:

1. Manage in branch sales & marketing activity
2. Sales Planning
3. Vet Medicine Sales Process
4. Managing Sales Force to Achieve Target
5. Budgeting Plan, Workplan, and Target Plan
6. Creating S.M.A.R.T sales strategies
7. Monitoring & Evaluate Achievement
8. Maintain Relation with Customer & Increase Customer Retention Ratio

Job Specification:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Animal Husbandry or a Veterinary.
2. Having adequate Selling Skill, Marketing Skill, Negotiation Skill, and Communication Skill
3. Experienced in RELATED industry as a Branch Manager, minimum 5 years of experience.
4. Must have :
5. Integrity Mindset & Good Leadership
6. Understand business process, sales strategy, and marketing about animal health & medicine (feedmill & feed additives)
7. Familiar with Surabaya and East Java
8. Able to create mapping potential sales area
9. Having good relation with customer or target customer
10. Having great knowledge about animal medicine
11. Competent with analytical thingking, innovative thinking, problem solving, and decison making.
12. PREFERABLY DOMICILE IN SURABAYA / SIDOARJO
