Job Description
  • Focus all store team members, activities and processes on satisfying or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance against goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Cultivating a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Drive commerciality, while maintaining Brand image.
  • Understand the positive impact of a management presence on the sales floor in driving overall store performance and demonstrate exemplary service leadership.
  • Analysis of service data and service capabilities of the team to continuously improve services.
  • Understand Profit and Loss Report, KPI data and use it to diagnose store strengths and opportunities and to address them effectively.
  • Allocate store resources for maximum profit impact.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office
  • Good leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
  • 1-3 years experience as a store manager
  • Possess education min. high school
