Our expertise make Emerhub the investment partner of companies and individuals willing to develop or reallocate activities in Asia. To maintain and develop its service, Emerhub is looking for its Branch Manager in Bali to lead its business activities and its team in Bali.

Profit and loss

• Maximizing profits and the return on investment for Emerhub in Bali
• Developing and monitoring financial and operational plans

Operations and expansions

• Delivering industry-standard results to our clients
• Developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Representing the company during events
• Hiring, training, and overseeing sales and operation teams
• Supporting the marketing team in creating content about doing business in Bali
• Ensuring that product quality and service standards are met in all areas

Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Ensuring the branch office meets internal operating standards and follow the group policy

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of P&L management experience in a B2B or B2C company
• A strong understanding of the Bali Market
• Ability to communicate effectively and to represent the company
• University degree or substantial working experience abroad
• A proven track record that demonstrates strong organizational and leadership skills
