Branch Manager (General Insurance)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of Prominent General Insurance in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking Branch Manager for several areas such as Medan, Denpasar, Palembang, Solo, Pontianak.

Responsibilities:

• Craft proposal and ROI for prospective clients and present them to Head Office if required
• Responsible for managing the Representative office in the Branch.
• Provide regular reporting to Head Office as per required.
• Responsible for supervising and controlling the branch's day to day operation.
• Identify and maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients to enhance the brand of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Marketing Lead.
• Must have background and good understanding of non-life insurance.
• Established connection to agents, dealers, or direct business is strongly preferred
• Highly preferred talent that is used to manage a Branch.
