About Our Client
Our client is a famous logistics company providing logistics and freight solutions. We are looking for highly driven individuals with entrepreneurial spirit and prestigious logistics background to spearhead their business in Surabaya.

• Lead and manage all operational activities of the branch. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Fleet Management: Develop and sustain solid relationship with suppliers
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations to minimize risks and accidents.
• Manage customer relationships, research customer needs, participate in customer solutions development and implementation of new accounts
• P&L responsibility for branch and ensure branch delivers to agreed budget

• Demonstrated success in leading, managing and developing staff and high performance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Min Bachelor Degree and possesses good English language
• Experienced branch manager with history of success at reputable Logistics businesses
