Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the entire lifecycle of B2B programs, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure execution of company programs to retain long-term clients
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and improving client retention
  3. Coordinate and supervise program execution to ensure adherence to quality, timeline, and budget requirements, while achieving established targets
  4. Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of B2B program policies to meet client needs and enhance business partnerships
  5. Provide insights to stakeholders about programs and the market
  6. Identify potential risks or obstacles within programs and develop contingency plans to mitigate negative impacts
  7. Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in program execution


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the mental health industry.
  3. Experience in the HR consulting firm will be a plus.
  4. Track record of successfully overseeing diverse roles, managing multiple projects, consistently meeting deliverables, and driving continuous improvement.
  5. Track record of successfully managing B2B products and effectively retaining B2B clients.
  6. Understands the ethical code of psychology while also possessing strong business acumen
  7. Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with diverse professionals across various departments and organizations to establish cohesive and consistent practices.
  8. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and excellent teamwork.
  9. Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt in agile and fast-paced environments.
