About The Role
This role is a unique opportunity to join the client's Corporate HR team (based in Jakarta) in the Healthcare Institution. Selected candidates will be closely partnering with GM Operation and HRBP to execute the HR Operations plan that leads to business sustainability efforts.
Job Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• As the HR Manager, this position will report to the GM Operation & HRBP and be expected to support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Key Requirements:

• Strong process and project management skills
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Experience operating with senior/executive management teams
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience combination of generalist and specialist (C&B and OD) experience
• Experienced working in a Hospital environment it’s a plus
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and administration skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
