About The RFF - General Manager (Surabaya Based) Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the company in terms of both operational & financial areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business plan and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators in the areas of customer, financial, internal business processes, people and suppliers
• Provide guidance and direction for logistics solutions to customers and internal productivity/quality improvement projects
• Design, plan and manage all company resources to enhance value to all company stakeholders
• Develop strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships

To succeed in this RFF - General Manager (Surabaya Based) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively.

Key Requirements

• Excellent relationship management, networking and negotiation skills
• A passionate and driven approach to the company leadership
• An MBA or a relevant post-graduate degree or logistics/SCM related professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Sound working knowledge of both transport and warehouse operations
• Five or more years of Transport Management experience
• Strong decision-making capabilities
