General Manager Hr Jobs

• Information for the decision-making process
• Implement human resources and GA Strategy with and stabilize department accountability
• Establish HRGA policies and processes
• Support management by providing human resources and GA advice, counseling, analysis
• Evaluate and improve employee operations and performance
• Oversee daily HRGA Operations
• Responsible for handling various risks related to HRGA and the environment, coordinating withother department heads
• Oversee the recruitment and training process
• Including talent management, staffing, personnel processing, compensation & benefits, recordkeepingmanagement, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.
• Maintain budget and optimize HRGA expenses
• Meet government requirements, anticipate legislation, advise management and the need for action.

Requirements:

• Competent in HRGA strategy
• Good communication in English
• Background in coal mining and or oil palm plantation
• Team subordinates: HR Manager, GA Suptend, Payroll Suptend, HRIS Staff
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HRGA and at least 3 years as GM HRGA
• Report directly to HRGA Director
• At least bachelor degree from Human Resource Management or Psychology, Management
• Placement Location: Samarinda
