About Our Client

  • Developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies to ensure that the organization has a positive work culture, and resolving conflicts and grievances as needed
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team in the areas of HR, Government Relations, and General Affairs
  • Lead the human resources function and provide strategic direction to the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and staying up-to-date with changes to labor laws
  • Managing HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration, and ensuring that all HR processes are efficient and effective
  • Manage relationship with labor union and other external organzations
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR Management, preferably with a background in the logistics or manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders in the national and regional level
  • Well-rounded understanding of current manpower regulations
  • Experience in leading the HR function for a large sized organization with over 500 employees
  • Previous experience of working in a matrix structure and in a highly unionized environment
  • Excellent English-speaking and communication skills
