Head Of Hr (Semarang Based)

One of the leading multinational manufacturing companies is seeking an excellent Head of HR (Semarang Based) to be based in Semarang. In this critical role, you will lead, direct and develop the HR department and implement the organisation’s mission and strategies.

About The Head Of HR (Semarang Based) Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will also be responsible for the whole HR activities in the multiple factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law. Apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice and resources to the upper management
• Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to compensation and benefits, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, occupational health and safety and training and development
• Identify staffing and recruiting needs, develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management

To succeed in this Head of HR (Semarang Based) role, you must possess solid HR experience in a manufacturing set-up.

Key Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• At least 10 years of human resource management experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required
• Must have managed IR in current or past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions
