Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
  • Update and monitoring the Critical / key position and the succession planning action.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Ensure the Training is useful and give the feedback (Evaluation 1-4)
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Organizing and ensuring the implementation of learning & development programs according to plan based on YPL feedback, competency matrix gap analysis and career & development planning.
  • Responsible in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Together with GA to ensure employees wellness.
  • Monitoring and evaluate the Employee Competencies Matrix
  • Development and implementation of HR initiatives and strategic improvement.
  • Responsible in job evaluation and implementation of career ladder development in Industry.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Managing Industrial Relations
  • Responsible in performance management processes.
  • Monitor HR Metrics (turn over, cost per hire) and Manpower Productivity.
  • Maintain HR procedures, and Company Regulation that comply with labor regulations.
  • Ensure the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs
