About the HRBP (based in Sumatera) Role: Reporting to the HR Director, you will assist in aligning the organisation’s people strategy with its business strategy. Together with local and regional business stakeholders, you will work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop or assist in developing compensation and benefits strategy
• Diagnose the environment and influences leaders to develop and enhance engagement strategies
• Lead and manage the HR sites team based in Sumatera
• Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
• Align succession planning and talent management to the overall workforce strategy

To succeed in the HRBP (based in Sumatera) job, you will need to have experience as HR Generalist and HRBP in global or multinational companies within manufacturing industries

Key Requirements

• Proven track record in employee relations and industrial relations functions
• Exposed to complex and matrix organisation with diverse stakeholders
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Willing to be based in Sumatera
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in similar role within global or multinational companies
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource management or other relevant fields
