Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for AHS, AAS and ACS overall sales and business development for Bali and Central Indonesia. This includes developing the necessary sales strategies for successful operations throughout the business, understanding the financial needs of the business, and coordinating all of these areas into cohesive action plans for the business as a whole.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership in promoting and selling dormakaba products and services to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies to deliver sales goals and growth in line with the Company strategic view.
  • Plan and execute sales strategy that increase EBITDA through specification, product mix and price increase.
  • Proactively respond to complaints from customers and provide solution with the best combination of products, services, logistics and support.
  • Build strong channel partner engagement and expand network to increase our market and customer reach.
  • Lead and manage MWB-Specification with distributors/project partners to drive Specification as the first Battle dormakaba must win.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders in proactively defining and driving sales activities which include identifying market opportunities and threats, monitoring competition activities and executing commercial activities such as launching new products to the market successfully on a timely manner so as to add value to our customers’ business requirements.

  • Strong understanding of the market and competitors. Anticipates possible developments at competitors and takes timely decisions to protect and/or strengthen the market position.
  • High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.
  • Strong knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Engineering or equivalent to at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction and building environment
  • Proven sales track record in Sales and Channel Management in the related industry.
