General Manager Operations (Local Beverage Company In Bali)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Local FMCG Company (Beverage Product). Our respected client is seeking for a General Manager Operations. The job is based in Bali, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Strategy, set goals, timelines and run factory for growth
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• ⁠Coordinate planning to ensure successfully management of the factory.
• ⁠Maintain Factory budgets and expenses and improve efficiency for best HPP
• ⁠Continuously Improve operations process
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Set policies and processes
• ⁠Communicate with sales distributor
• Identify challenges & find the best solutions
• ⁠Groom all Leaders and develop clear goals for each section

Qualifications:

• ⁠Senior Management level in FMCG companies 3 – 5 years will be preferred
• Certified Lean / 6 stigma (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• Extensive Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience in planning and budgeting⁠
