Food And Beverage Manager

The Corporate F&B Manager will be responsible in overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations (for hotel restaurants and independent restaurants) under the Jeevawasa brand, including management consultation, monitoring online ranks, initiating booking channels, ensuring customer service, menu development, and compliance with health and safety regulations. For pre-opening restaurants, he/she will be in charge in the recruitment of the restaurant opening team, deciding the overall restaurant concept, and creating the menu in liaison with our Corporate Director of Culinary.
