Luxury Hotel/Resort Director of Food & Beverage - Bali, Indonesia

*Only those with "International" experience in Luxury Hotels, Celebrity Chefs, and Michelin Star Restaurants will be considered. Asia experience is preferred*

One of the most beautiful and luxury hotels in Bali seeks a dynamic and trendy Director of Food & Beverage. This hotel has won several awards and is recognized for its top-class service and award-winning 6+ restaurants, lounges, bar and cafe.

The Director of Food & Beverage is required to have SE Asia and International experience in luxury hotels and Michelin Star Restaurants. You must have a very stable background, with minimum of 8 - 10 years of solid F&B experience. No job hoppers will be considered.

We seek a go-getter with excellent communication skills, a well-groomed personality, and proven experience in award-winning Food & Beverage facilities.

Please note that our client is very particular about their requirements and will only consider candidates who have been trained in recognized Institutes and have worked in similar luxury hotels and well-known restaurant brands.

The successful candidate will plan and manage the operations of the entire Food and Beverage division to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service, while meeting and exceeding financial goals.
