Job Description

Qualifications

  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Possesses team player qualities.
  • Holds diploma/bachelor degree in related study (marketing, hotel & restaurant management or business administration).
  • Has high level of attention to detail.
  • Has an ability to adapt to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
  • Has an enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge.
  • Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (Customer Relations Management) software is a plus.
  • Has an ability to create a sales & marketing business plan as well as a sales strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Successfully hold similar position for at least 1 year.
  • Has an ability to work with low supervision and deliver quality work.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Teams.
  • Confident and attention to detail.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
