Director of Sales

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Director of Sales who will be responsible for ensuring the best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team, ensuring our resorts meet or exceeds budgeted goals, assisting with the development and implementation of promotions both internally and externally, and creating a focus on attracting new business.

Requirements

• A high degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand the links between sales and profit with excellent sales and negotiation skills
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Domicile in Batam, Kepulauan Riau (Preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in an Assistant Director of sales hotel or resorts position.
• Written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa & English)
• Good business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in Management and similar expertise.
