The ideal candidate is responsiblefor developing business plans and monitoring financial and operational plans and also ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, leveraging their expertise as the leading investment partner of companies and individuals willing to develop or reallocate activities in Asia.

Requirements :

• A proven track record that demonstrates strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Multitask and have excellent time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to represent the company.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of P&L management experience in a B2B company.
• Show creative problem-solving.
• Open for expat candidates.
• A strong understanding of the Bali Market.
• Show strong attention to detail.
• University degree or substantial working experience abroad.

• Responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing sales and operation teams.
• Representing the company during events.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Supporting the marketing team in creating content about doing business in Bali.

• Developing and monitoring financial and operational plans.

• Ensuring that product quality and service standards are met in all areas.

• Ensuring the branch office meets internal operating standards and follows the group policy.
