About The Business Development Manager - Bali Based Role

This well-established hospitality company is seeking for a well experienced candidate for a Business Development Manager to develop their hospitality business in Bali, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preparation of business cases including P&L and cash flows in relation to new opportunities
• Source and develop relationships and opportunities for company in the target markets and driving demand to grow company's revenue streams
• Develop product division to identify and scope product enhancements to identify potential ancillary product sales opportunities
• Lead both the partnership acquisition and retention team to build relationships and helping secure new agreement with new partners to assure pipeline of new opportunity
• Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with new brands in Bali

To succeed in this Business Development role, you must have strong tenacity and possess high ownership in the business you are developing with local partners.

Key Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills within sales and relationship management environment
• Must be willing to be based in Bali, Indonesia
• Minimum of three years of experience preferably in a sales, business development, and/or partnership capacity, along with mandatory people management experience
• Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognise and reward performance
• Fluency in English is a must - both verbal and written English skills
• Excellent negotiating, influencing, communication and presentation skills
• Mandatory experience in hospitality industry, especially hotelier
