Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Wholesaler Acquisition: Identifying and prospecting potential wholesalers to expand the distribution network.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key wholesalers. This includes regular communication, conducting business reviews, addressing any concerns or issues, and identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, finance and sales team to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Collaborate well with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives. This involves preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate results, trends, and recommendations to the management team.
  • Category Management: Collaborating with wholesalers to optimize product assortments and promotional activities. This involves analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and making recommendations to improve product visibility and sales performance.
  • Escalate and to provide resolutions to business partners’ queries as required
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiating terms and conditions with wholesalers to establish partnerships and secure distribution agreements. This includes pricing, promotional activities, product placement, and logistics arrangements.


Requirements:

  • Good discipline on deadlines and targets.
  • Owning strong relationship with wholesaler network would be a plus
  • Domiciled in Surabaya area and may conduct fieldwork to other cities
  • Have at least 3 (three) years of experience in sales FMCG especially handle wholesaler
  • Having a vehicle (motorbike) to travel and valid driving license
  • Must be able to operate Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Self-motivated, with good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation and client management skills
  • Minimum high school diploma.
