Provide Capex proposal for both new and renewal stores in order to meets with company’s expansions target.

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.

Experienced in handling steel products is a must.

Superior communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in customer support is a plus.

Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

At least 3 years of experience with a relevant role for a large project and with good mining domain knowledge

Writing high-quality test cases with extensive experience in testing large scale integrated applications

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Domain knowledge of Mining/Resources/Shipping Industry

Financial Modelling skills (MS Excel based)

Technical writing skills Good Stakeholder engagement skills and Data analysis skills

Wholesaler Acquisition: Identifying and prospecting potential wholesalers to expand the distribution network.

Collaborate well with key internal and external stakeholders

Escalate and to provide resolutions to business partners’ queries as required

Participates with the Country Manager and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making

Acts as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager

Represents Country Manager in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders

Adheres to and has knowledge of all company policies and procedures

Bachelor’s Degree in business or the equivalent experience

Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals in an aggressive time-frame

Minimum 3 years proven experience as Mine Engineering or Business Development or Management Assistant inCoal Mining Industry

Well-organized, attention to detail and have great time management skills

Support management in daily task and provide data for management decisions

Prepare, review & manage mining contracts document

Have the capability to multi-tasking (managerial, budgeting, costing, planning, directing, monitoring, controlling, organizing, problem-solving, managing people, reporting and others)

Good communication and relationship building skill, able to collaborate with cross functional teams including the ability to liaise with different departments
