Mining Business Development Assistant

A company engaged in manufacturing industry that has experienced and trusted in running its business in the field of Building Materials, under their two brands (Cement Garuda and Garuda Tile), is currently opening career opportunities as "Mining Business Development Assistant"for placement at Slipi, West Jakarta

:

• Assist data preparation for Government Reporting (RKAB)
• Collaborate with cross department team throughout the company
• Control the mining budget to keep it under control in accordance with the plan.
• Coordinate with mining operation team so that the mining process can be productive and efficient.
• Support management in daily task and provide data for management decisions
• Managing and organizing diaries, and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
• Treat sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports related to mine planning, production reports and evaluation.
• Prepare, review & manage mining contracts document

Requirements :

• Good communication and relationship building skill, able to collaborate with cross functional teams including the ability to liaise with different departments
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Familiar with Coal Mining Business Process
• Willing to travel on business trips to job sites (Balikpapan)
• Have the capability to multi-tasking (managerial, budgeting, costing, planning, directing, monitoring, controlling, organizing, problem-solving, managing people, reporting and others)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferable from reputable University
• Willing to work on Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon
• Well-organized, attention to detail and have great time management skills
• Placement : Slipi, West Jakarta
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as Mine Engineering or Business Development or Management Assistant inCoal Mining Industry
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
