Job Description
nullResponsibilities


  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Interacting with related user and vendors for implementation issues
  • Delivers informative well-organized presentations
  • Liaise with related department to identify required changes and manages user’s expectations effectively
  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications based on user’s expectation
  • Conduct requirement analysis, reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Identifies current system strengths and weaknesses to give suggests areas of improvement
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  • Develop detailed business requirements document, test scenario and report
  • Together with Quality Assurance perform series of application testing
  • Communicate closely with IT manager and managers of other departments to define business requirements & functional specifications, and plan and execute implementation strategy
  • Provide support for project planning and execution

  • Experienced with System Analysis
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
  • Quick learner and challenge enthusiast
  • Understand programming language will be an advantage
  • At least 2 full cycle of IT project (ERP, Finance, Logistic)
  • Understand Query (SQL)
