Revenue Assurance Analyst Jobs

Revenue Assurance Analyst objective is to conduct end to end execution of Revenue Assurance controls covering risks across XL Axiata’s line of business.
Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Validation of the accuracy and completeness of data from all source system
• Support in incident management process(war rooms) relating to revenue and cost impacting issues
• Timely receipt of data from all source systems
• Responsible for providing inputs for overall FRAME monthly management reporting
• Root cause analysis to identify issues and incidents
• Assistance in Internal and External audit management through data sharing, providing audit support, review and input to audit findings and ensuring an optimal audit outcome
• Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives by providing inputs regarding operational improvements required and new control design required for operational implementation and providing support in internal improvement roadmap
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders from business and close looping the issues identified
• Analysis of control results to identify exceptions
• Assist Fraud Management with investigations where required and highlight any findings to Fraud that requires Fraud to investigate
• Logging of the issues in the prescribed manner, format and system
• Control execution per the agreed schedule
• Quantification of the leakage risk relating to the incidents identified
• Responsible for execution of Revenue Assurance controls allocated to the personnel as per the defined frequency and ensuring quality in the deliverable through
• Oversight of the incident resolution, ensuring service levels have been met
• Responsible for updating the compliance status dashboard on daily basis

Requirements

• Good knowledge of SQL, Talend, and Power BI
• Good knowledge of telecommunication industry service path & revenue path
• Strong data analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Financial and Management accounting is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance operations / Internal Audit of RAFM in telecom Sector or at least 2+ year of experience in a complex, technology oriented industry
• Basic knowledge of Python, RPA and AI ML is a plus
• Strong knowledge with internal control and governance systems and environments
