We are currently looking for a revenue associate to join the revenue team who is responsible to manageguest reservations, manage relationship & systems with online travel agencies (Airbnb, bookingcom, etc), and optimize revenue & occupancy for our managed properties.

Responsibilities

• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by OTA, phone, or email.
• Optimizes pricing strategies, stay restrictions and other tactics, which are congruent with demand factors and which are managed through all distribution channels
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Determine unconstrained demand and maintains the data within the Demand Analysis strategies, both future and historical
• Complete and analyze revenue report for daily, weekly and monthly.
• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
• Complete and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Track and analyze of competitive set pricing and yield strategies, gaining the ability to predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Completes all rooms and revenue forecasting to accurately project unconstrained demand
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.
