Internal Revenue Associate Jobs

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with at least 3 years of working experience

Prior working experience in real sector or consulting or technology companies is a plus

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions

Conduct deep dive analysis; come up with approach, framework, and proposed analysis setups to understand correlation of drivers and results

Establish understanding of the markets and competition as inputs to short, medium, and long term growth strategy

Identify risks of underperformance and generate hypothesis to reverse the trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Partner with internal stakeholders to develop growth strategies and build new products that meet players' needs

Participate in In-game campaign formulation - from ideation, planning, release, and monitoring of in-game revenue campaigns

Analyze player data and product results and compile insights

Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes to product leaders and decision-makers.

Minimum a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably from an Engineering background or relevant

Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by OTA, phone, or email.

Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

Selling and promoting reservation services.

Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.

Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.

Provide support in discussions and negotiations with internal partners from other divisions and external partners to review arrangements and commercial contracts

Oversee the overall process of the department’s financial monitoring and analysis

Accountable to analyze Tiket.com conditions to provide business recommendations supporting business objectives
