Social Competencies:

Technical Competencies:

• Report writing skills
• Market Analysis
• S2 Engineering, Economy, Management, Social and Politic Science, Statistic
• Data Analysis (business retention and profitability)
• Experience 1-2 years in corporate strategy, corporate planning, or related.

Main Activities:

1. Analyze & Develop customers' product performance based on cohort analysis (For Experimentation)
2. Analyze & Develop customers' financial performance based on unit economic model (For profitability roadmap)
3. Propose improvement recommendation strategy to the customer based on internal analysis and external analysis (market and industry analysis) through coaching mechanism
4. Propose recommendation of stakeholders (coaches, business partners, venture capitals) that startups/ customers' need to collaborate with for business improvement
5. Evaluate internal and external coaching sessions and reviewing key takeaways of coaching sessions
6. Create periodic written reports on the regular work activities conducted, to be reported to the respective clients.
