We provide platform that connects the supply chain stakeholders within the palm oil industry (i.e. Palm Oil Mills, Agents, Smallholders, and Agri Input vendors), creates a digital ecosystem that removes friction points, and essentially boosts the productivity of the smallholders via access to affordable yet high quality agro-inputs, agronomic services, and high quality planting materials.

We envision to be the game-changer that improves smallholders’ living standard, and help our planet to meet the growing global demand for sustainable palm oil.

The candidate’s responsibility will be to work closely with VP Operations and various stakeholders to assist in product development efforts. You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, calculating business models, and overseeing pricing strategy. This role is integral to our business, as you will determine the profitability (P&L) of our products and ensure they meet the needs of our customers and our business

You will be responsible to:

● Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

● Develop and propose effective strategies based on research findings.

● Evaluate and analyze business processes within the company, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.

● Oversee product merchandising, including positioning and messaging that resonates with our target market.

● Develop pricing strategies and business models that align with our business goals and market expectations.

● Calculate product costs and profitability (P&L), making recommendations for improvement as necessary.

● Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product success.

● Identify and analyze potential risks that could impact the company's objectives. including risks related to the market, production, supply chain, or regulatory compliance

You will demonstrate the following requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a related field.

● Strong understanding of marketing strategy, market research, and business development processes.

● Proficient in analyzing market trends and customer behavior data.

● Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

● Ability to analyze and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

● Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

● A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred.
