Job Description

Main Responsibilities :

  • Provide feedback and reporting in assessing gaps and focusing on root cause, analytics, and opportunities for improvement
  • As a hub between operational and technical teams
  • Business performance monitoring. Tracking and monitoring profitability and productivity
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of continuous improvement, instill operational disciplines and follow up the corrective actions identified.
  • Provide insights. Suggests recommendation to operational strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Actively involve in change management & process development
  • Create report dashboards by analyzing data from different sources and present them to management team

Requirement Specification:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Min. 3 years proven experience in sales, finance or sales operation.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering
  • Ability to work proactively with little direct supervision.
  • Excellent excel skill
  • Proficient in SQL is a plus point
  • Experience on using popular BI tools like Tableu, Power BI
