Business Development Director (Pioneering Role) - Financial Services

About our partner company: Financial Services Company that caters employee payroll services assistance to employees. also known as salary on demand / flexible payroll

What you’ll do:

• Be a self-starter that can wear many hats and be proactive.
• Work closely with the Products Lead in Malaysia and other BD leads in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Seoul, as well as senior management
• This is primarily a business development and sales role. As the company's business model is B2B2C, this candidate is expected to lead the sales efforts with corporate customers and marketing of Paywatch in Indonesia and grow the number of users in our 1st year in Indonesia.
• Senior management and bank partners will open doors to senior management at customer companies, but this candidate will be expected to solidify/close the accounts and work with the clients to launch our product within the company.

Who you are:

• At least 8~10 years of BD experience from B2B solutions is highly preferred. Sales experience from Employee Banking is highly preferred Experience with other Fintech, HR Technology
• English required
• Experience in digital marketing efforts a plus
• Strong demonstrated experience/track record growing user number by the thousands; strong track record of onboarding large corporates or other platform partnerships.
• Possesses good work ethic, is a team player, self-directed, and passionate about technology
• Good to have selling experience to HR, CFO, or COO-type stakeholders at MNCs, as well as secondarily, having experience managing relationships with Banks and Financial Institutions
• Existing network of senior management at platforms (prepaid card platforms, e-commerce platforms, or other technology-based platform businesses), corporate / industry associations, government and/or companies (particularly, in tech companies, service industries, or logistics industries who may sign on as a customer) is a plus
• Proficiency in any of these technology domains: fintech, HR
