Senior Associate, Omnichannel Services & Solutions, Operations

Role Summary

The Pfizer Digital - Customer & Commercial Creation Center Team builds and operates the global platforms and capabilities that enable Pfizer to connect digitally with our customers. We build advanced cloud-based technology solutions at a global scale that positively impact Pfizer business performance.

The Omnichannel Services and Solutions (OSS) operations team currently processes thousands of service requests on a monthly basis. In order to ensure accurate financial transactions and record keeping, the team needs a Senior Operations Associate who can perform this activity with excellence, quality and speed, working closely with the vendors and relevant C4 teams. Aside from finance, S/he will also be managing the DMP platform and work with both users and scrum team on platform-related activities. S/he will also be responsible in coming up with continuous improvement recommendations to enhance customer experience. S/he may also be pulled in to be part of a delivery project team as needed (stretch assignment and growth opportunity).

Role Responsibilities

• Management of operational projects
• Management of DMP platform and other platforms owned by the OSS team.
• Any other operational activities as assigned.
• Asset and data management including audits.
• Creation of operational reports and analysis of data and KPIs
• Process analysis and improvements
• Develop technical and business presentations to peers, management, and customers
• Requirements analysis, documentation, and testing
• Vendor invoicing, charge backs, and other financial processing

Qualifications

Education:

• Strong financial background a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required

Prior Experience:

• Operations management experience including support
• 3-5 yrs. experience in managing Operations, Vendor relations and Services
• Experience with working with a lot of data including audits
• Demonstrated experience and skills in analysis and problem solving

Required Capabilities:

• Strong financial management skills
• Strong vendor relationship management skills
• Advanced Excel skills a big plus
• Strong document management and information organizational skills.
• Project management skills
