As our Astronaut, you will:

• Liaise with project members from a different division (e.g Human Resources, Marketing, Product Team, etc) to push project success.
• Generate, define and execute new ideas for improvements aligned with business strategies and priorities.
• Closely working with all HUBs team all-around JABODETABEK area.
• Provide management with insights and solutions on the logistic operation focusing on Logistic Network and Warehouse.
• Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

• You have strong analytical skills and familiarity with business Process Improvement data management.
• Familiar with working with numbers, Ms. Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Agile, organized and has a huge sense of ownership.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Technical skills and knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Macro, or any business process/projects management tools)
• Strategic and creative thinking as we prefer long-term and sustainable solutions rather than short-term firefighting solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Field Operations is a plus.
