THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED

What you’ll do:

• Provide deep analysis on driver quality issue and able to provide options of solutions
• Handling any drivers issue and appeals
• Support Education team on handling drivers issue
• Analyze and find root cause of driver quality issue and apply the most effective solutions
• Provide training material or driver communications to ensure drivers understand the importance of driver service quality
• Maintain Driver Quality for 2 wheel and 4 wheel
• Working closely with CX team to address and investigate any order disputes

• Good communication & presentation skills

Requirements:

• Can operate design tools (Canva) is a plus
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Min 1 year experience in related industries
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering / Operations Management /Logistics Management
