Branch Operations Control Jobs

:

The incumbent monitor the implementation of control policies & standards and promote control culture to foster control capability and accountability across line businesses in Branch Operations area. When required, the incumbent also participates in Regulatory and Control Design in Branch Operations area.

Responsibility

1. Monitoring & Oversight

• Proactively analyse key controls and incidents to self-identify weaknesses and ensure remediation。

• Maintain daily control oversight within area.

• Own, identify and escalate control events (Controls: Incident Report, aged Breaks)

• Monitor and challenge line management on the control environment.

• Facilitate and validate daily, weekly & month end: trades, breaks

• Monitor implementation and coordinate audit issue resolution.

2. Quality Assurance

• Support risk based daily reviews & checks

• Perform testing on identified programmes (change control)

Requirements

• Ability to manage resources, monitor activities and assess risks and quality control associated with the program. Ability to prepare documentation and create reports.
• Able to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues
• Able to establish expectations and clear direction to meet goals and objectives of on-going work for a group of employees
• Able to observe monitor, collect, and record data
• Ability to assess the accuracy, validity, and integrity of data
• Product &/or Operational knowledge
• Able to navigate around the DB infrastructure and organization
