Job Description

As a Campus Recruiter Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit talented individuals from universities and polytechnics to join our Sales Consultant Academy. You will play a vital role in building a pipeline of fresh graduates who will undergo comprehensive in-class and on-the-job training as well as further career advancement opportunities in sales consulting within our B2B raw material supply chain.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy to attract top talent from universities and polytechnics.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including career services, faculty, and student organizations, to promote our Sales Consultant Academy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in campus recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Consultant Academy team to design and deliver effective training programs for recruited candidates.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to recruits throughout their training and career development journey.
  • Plan and execute recruitment events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and campus presentations, to engage with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Conduct screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and potential for success in our Sales Consultant Academy.


Qualifications:

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with sales consulting or B2B raw material supply chain is a plus.
  • Previous experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Ability to identify and assess talent effectively.
