We are looking for a skilled strategic thinker and hands-on go-getter with a proven track record of delivering results at a growing start-up, excellent project management skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced, creative, and ever-changing environment. Daily, you will work closely with our CEO and the team to support us with on-site market research, farmer surveying, in-field product promotion, digital marketing, lead collection and reporting.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Research legal requirements to setup an agriculture distribution company in Indonesia
- Collect and screen CVs for initial team setup, in case we decide to open an office
- Perform individual and group surveys with farmers & dealers based on our listed criteria
- Translate marketing materials to local language by following company branding guidelines
- Launch a facebook page to promote our products and create brand awareness in target areas
- Run product demonstrations in selected high potential areas and collect leads
- Identify high potential areas for our products based on our listed criteria
- Create final go-to-market report including where to go and how to approach the market
- Review our existing market research as a starting point
- Interview potential commercial partners with direct access to farmers or local manufacturers of fertilizers
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing/Operations in the Agriculture Industry
- Field experience with proven ability to identify high potential opportunities and areas to launch new products and services to farmers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Confidence talking to farmers and other key stakeholders in the agriculture value chain
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, operate with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and a demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
