Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other related fields from a reputable University
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Indonesian and English
- Minimum 5 years experience as HRBP/HR Generalist Manager in Financial Technology, Consulting, or related role and industry

- Be the partner of the Director of HC Strategyon delivering the below goals:
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for open positions, drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions
- Taking Care of Employee Journey and Experience
- Create campaigns develop engaging internal campaigns and communication with all stakeholders
- Focusing on supervision Reward and Benefit, People Partner, Performance, and Learning.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives that are set up by the team
- Analysis of trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
Innovation Goals :
- Researching and testing new tools
- Propose and/or lead an innovation project for the organization
- Self-study new skills that can transform personal and team output
