Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other related fields from a reputable University
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Indonesian and English
• Minimum 5 years experience as HRBP/HR Generalist Manager in Financial Technology, Consulting, or related role and industry

s:

• Be the partner of the Director of HC Strategyon delivering the below goals:
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for open positions, drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions
• Taking Care of Employee Journey and Experience
• Create campaigns develop engaging internal campaigns and communication with all stakeholders
• Focusing on supervision Reward and Benefit, People Partner, Performance, and Learning.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives that are set up by the team
• Analysis of trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues

Innovation Goals :

• Researching and testing new tools
• Propose and/or lead an innovation project for the organization
• Self-study new skills that can transform personal and team output
