Qualifications

• Have a strong leadership skills.
• Proficient using Ms.Office
• Experience in using Warehouse Management System an advantage
• Min. has 3 years experience with Supervisory or Head roles in warehouse positions
• Oriented to detail, Responsible, and strong organization skill
• Highly motivated, energized, and can work under pressure
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other internal parties related to company or project requirements and implementation or execution of issue resolution.
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
• Overseeing the operation and escalating any issues found.
• Supervise and control daily output in warehouse to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Investigate cases/issues, from identifying rot causes to developing recommendations for solutions
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
