Mission Statement:

Lead the Project Operations function at local level, with full accountability of running the day-to-day Project Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.

Your Responsibilities

• You will take accountable that operations team are properly organized, staffed, and directed, to build an effective, capable, and high-performing organization and you will be responsible to develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades across operation functions.
• You will take accountable for the effective deployment of Hitachi Energy Quality strategy for the operation, for Quality assurance, Quality control and for the implementation of an integrated quality management system for the operation.
• Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
• You will own the accountable to deliver Project Operation KPIs in line with Hitachi Energy expectations, accountable to deliver 4C targets for Project Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, as applicable: deploys and manage Integrated Project Management system for Project Execution, for on-time/on-margin project execution and to deliver project EBIT and cash.
• You will be responsible to execute a customer-focused Operations strategy for the LGB/LBU/Site, derived from the overall business and functional strategy developed for the BU/Hub, accountable for its relentless execution.
• You will ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, policies and procedures related to Operations/Project execution. In alignment with the respective Group, Divisional, BU and Hub policies, responsible to introduce Operation-wide standards and guidelines, standardized processes, and KPIs, accountable for operational risk management, validates and improves reliability and effectiveness of business operations.
• You will take accountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value-chain from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products, Projects & Service), for the effective deployment of the respective Procurement and Logistics strategy for the operation, project execution from order to service, establish and run an effective S&OP process for operation, accountable for its results.
• You will take responsible to champion a culture of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement across the organization, accountable for the development and continuous improvement of business processes and procedures, and of the overall customer satisfaction for the operation and to deliver COGS savings and all other financial performance KPIs for the Project Operation, to define and deliver the annual budgets for Capex and OpEx expenses and to effectively balance installed-Operation capacity with customer-demand and workload.
• You will be responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations. You will take accountable to ensure a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance.

Your Background

• More than10years of experience in similar position or alternatively combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
• Leadership skill to lead a team of 20 employees with very good communication.
• Bachelor's Degree in any background.
