Head Of Security Operation Center (Soc)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
• Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
• Building relationships and collaboration with Product Managers, telkomsigma sales, CFUE, along with other cyber security channels.
• Build Regular status reports about KPIs/SLA fulfilment
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
• Achieve the specified KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organizatiion or customers
• Develop, implement, maintain standart operation procedure and quality assurance protocols
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for directreports and problem resolution
• Oversee materials and inventory
• Build a good relationship with customers.
• Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

QUALIFICATION

• Highly sensitive to data with good product sense. Candidates with solid experience in product design and product operations is a plus
• Additional experience in identity resolution and management will be advantageous
• Can Work under pressure and indepently.
• Have CISM/CISSP/CISA/CISO is a advantages
• Great attitude, and great teamwork
• Having strong knowledge about cyber security infrastructure
• Have at least 5 year as a Manager/Lead/Head of Operation cyber security/IT operation is a MUST.
• Great execution, familiar with product and business decision
• Having experience in deliver managed services security HW/SW
• Have a great Communication skill (indonesia & English)
• Having knowleage IT operational compliance such as ITIL in operation and NIST/MItreAttack/HIPA in cyber security operation
