Head Of Tech (Engineering)

Job desc :

- Work cross-functionally with the Product, Design, Commercial, and Operation teams to produce world-class products and features with minimal guidance.

- Develop and/or supervise the development and testing of the applications based on the software design documents and testing documents for specific project.

- Generate and/or supervise the generation of test scenario and test cases according to the Functional Requirement Specification, Software Test Plan and Software Design Documents for specific project.

- Troubleshoot, analyze and make sure all findings/issues during test execution has been recorded in Bug/Defect Tracking system.

- Ensures that the quality of software implementation and test coverage meets the company standard

- Work hands-on, enjoy writing codes and focus on day-to-day tasks.

- Ensure the level of technical quality & Ensure a smooth deployment.

- Manage by evaluating team workload and develop a staffing plan, projects and balance workload to ensure continuous delivery

- Other tasks as assigned

Requirement :

- Having work experience for more than 5 years

- Strong foundation and knowledge of Java

- Knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, Vue, MySQL, NodeJS, Microservices, Gitlab, etc.

- Participated in the development of more than two large projects

- Led a team of more than 10 people

- Financial industry experience preferred

- Fluent English is required, Mandarin is preferred
