Our Client which is one of the biggest multinational fashion companies in Indonesia is currently looking for HEAD OF TRAINING DEPARTMENT to be placed in their headquarter in Jakarta Indonesia.

Position Summary

The Head of Training Department is responsible to manage and oversee all training activities within the organization and involve in designing and implementing training programs as well as directing the training teams. This position will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that training programs are executed efficiently to meet the targets and withing the approved Budget.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend the most suitable training platform
• Ensure the quality of training programs and materials are designed to meet company goals and inline with industrial best practices
• Develop and implement training strategy to alight with company goals
• Established the mechanism to evaluate effectiveness of training programs and create improvement plants
• Managing the team of trainers including hiring and performance evaluations as well as fostering the collaboration between the teams and related stakeholders.
• Develop and Manage training budget ensuring the cost effective and optimizations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent presentation and training skills
• Minimum 12 years of experience in training and development field with last 3 years in managerial position.
• Proven track record of managing large scale of training program with more than 2500 employees participated.
