Head Of Strategy Department

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning

Responsible for formulating the Group's overall development strategies and objectives and designing the business development model.

• Strategy Management

Establish the Group's strategic management system; review the annual and long-term strategy of the division; supervise the implementation of strategies at all levels and make timely adjustments to them.

• Policy Research

Responsible for following up the macro environment and promptly understanding the policies and regulations related to the business. Track the development of the industry and gain insight into innovation and development opportunities.

• Team Management

Responsible for the overall planning and management of the work in the Strategic Management Department; establishing performance management mechanisms, formulating organisational performance indicators, and implementing performance evaluation.

Role Requirements:

• 10 years of corporate strategy experience in FMCG or dairy related industries;
• Solid skills in strategy analytics and planning, MBB experience is a plus;
• Excellent leadership capability;
• Bs Degree or above;
