What Will You Do

1. Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (such as vendor agreements, partnership agreements, strategic collaboration agreements) ensuring that the agreements align with the company’s goals and protect the interests of the company.
2. Lead the process of successful product and business licensing to ensure compliance according to government regulations, such as enlistment of BPOM, SNI, ISBN, Halal certification
3. Oversee and manage IP filings, including trademarks and copyrights. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect valuable IP assets. Monitor and enforce IP rights to precent infringements.
4. Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the company and proactively identify legal issues and risks associated with business decisions and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
5. Stay up to date with any changes in legal and regulatory landscape, to ensure continuous legal compliance and implementation of best practices.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements including board meetings and corporate filings. Assist in the preparation of corporate governance documents such as shareholders resolution, corporate records.

What You Will Need

1. Bachelor’s or master degree in law, with 6-8 years of experience
2. Extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property rights.
3. Experienced in a range of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;.
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
5. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively managing team
6. Interest and passionate in parenting industry
