:

• Ensure the company complies with data privacy & data protection laws.
• Manage and mitigate the possible legal risks arising from the company’s activities and growth.
• Responsible for providing counsel to all levels of Management of the Company’s group in managing the operational day-to-day business within the prevailing legal and regulatory framework.
• Provide Counsel, Assistance, and Support in the creation of structures and environment for ethical and legal compliance and support enforcement of global compliance policies that are applicable across multiple departments.
• Liaise, communicate, and negotiate with external parties of the company in order to successfully execute corporate litigation as well as regulatory and compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial laws and regulations
• Must hold a PERADI license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Legal in law firms, and/or as an in-house legal in startups or multinational companies
• Exposure to transactional for corporate with venture capital, funding round, M&A, debt financing, restructuring, cross-border transaction, and corporate legal works is a plus
• This candidate must have high integrity and strong work ethic.
• Having Knowledge Regulation of POJK
• Have great fundraising, government relation, and litigation experience
