Legal Advise or Opinion

• Providing trusted, proactive and pragmatic legal expertise
• Working closely with relevant involving parties and ensuring timely updates escalations of issues and identification of risks to them
• Contributing strategically and tactically to multi party discussions around legal compliance and legal dispute

Operational Legal Process

• Manage the organization’s defense, interprets and prepares legal documents.
• Actively monitor the changes and updates in compliance rules applicable to the company, and understand the impact to the business.
• Reviewing the external term sheet, to check the consistency of the use of the word and help increase user awareness to safeguard the interests of the company on the risks that could occur.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel for purposes of entering agreed terms
• Analyze claims and litigation to formulate early case assessment and resolution strategy
• Supervise legal associate and para legal
• Prepare risk assessments and case updates for presentation to Head or senior management for necessary approvals.
• Prepare, drafting/reviewing, and finalization of the agreement, including verify partner legal documents to ensure the agreement will be signed by the authorized PIC of partner according its legal documents.

Requirement :

• Formal Education : minimum Bachelor of Law
• Previous Experience : having experience in legal problem solving, particularly in the telecommunication industry or technology industry (more preferred), minimum experience 5 years
• Capability/Knowledge/Hard Skill: able to operate Ms Office, fluent in English (writing and speaking), has a good logical thinking
• Certifications: Advocate license (more preferred)
• Soft Skill: tough (can work under pressure), can work as individual and team, discipline
